This website describes Exceleron Sports & Custom Apparel services and gives general planning guidance. Product availability, current prices, minimums, artwork requirements, fees, production timing, and delivery options are confirmed for each project. A quote request does not place an order, make a payment, or reserve production time.

Order details & approval

Review the complete written order and artwork before approving production. Check spelling, logos, sizes, quantities, garment colors, print locations, dimensions, names, numbers, and delivery details. An order’s written quote, approvals, and confirmed terms govern the specific project.

Payment & changes

Depending on the order and account status, a deposit or full payment may be required before processing. Current payment methods, applicable taxes or fees, and purchase-order eligibility are confirmed with the order. Contact customer service promptly about changes or cancellation; work already performed, ordered materials, and production status affect what can be changed.

Artwork & permissions

You must have the rights or permission needed for artwork you ask us to reproduce. Supplied logos remain subject to their existing ownership. Fees for artwork preparation or digitizing cover that work and do not automatically transfer rights to Exceleron-created editable files. Separate ownership or licensing arrangements must be agreed in writing. See our artwork and licensing page.

Production, shipping & local service

Production time and shipping time are separate. Planning estimates do not guarantee an arrival date. Rush work requires current availability, any applicable charges, and confirmation. Orders are shipped via UPS, including local orders. We do not offer a public showroom or in-store pickup.

Appearance & product care

Screens, inks, threads, fabrics, and print materials reproduce color differently. Garment construction and decoration methods also affect the finished look. Review any critical color or placement requirement before approval and follow the product’s care guidance.

Defects & support

Contact customer service promptly with the order reference and a description of any product or delivery issue. We may need to inspect or receive the affected item. Our published policy provides replacement for verified defective products. The resolution for a specific concern depends on the order and evaluation; these terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
