The garment
Style, fabric, color, fit, and size range all affect the starting cost. Include product codes if you have chosen a particular item.
Compare the complete order: garment, decoration, setup, finishing, schedule, and shipping. A per-shirt price alone cannot tell the whole story.

Screen printing depends on the artwork, number of ink colors, and print locations. Embroidery depends on digitizing, stitch detail, and placement. Different methods have different setup needs.
Setup is shared across the production run. A larger quantity of the same decoration can change the per-piece economics, while multiple designs or layouts may need separate setups.
Bagging, custom labels, sorting, multiple shipments, rush production, and delivery requirements should be included when comparing quotes.
Use these as planning guidance. The specific item and decoration determine your final minimum.
| Order type | Planning guide | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Most apparel & headwear | Usually 24 pieces | Style, decoration, colors, and whether variations share a setup. |
| Some higher-value items | May start as low as 6 | Availability and minimum for the particular product. |
| Promotional products | Can require 100s of pieces | Product-specific quantity and decoration requirements. |
Ask what is included in the complete quote.
Use the same garment, quantities, size range, colors, decoration locations, artwork setup, finishing, shipping, and required delivery date when comparing options. Changes to any of these can change the final total.
Payment requirements and applicable taxes or fees are confirmed with the order. A quote request does not place an order or reserve a production slot.
