The brief
Tell us who the order is for, what garments or items you need, approximate quantities, artwork, placement, and delivery date. A product code helps when you have a specific style in mind.
A good order starts with useful details and clear approvals. Here is how we move from a conversation to a finished shipment.

Tell us who the order is for, what garments or items you need, approximate quantities, artwork, placement, and delivery date. A product code helps when you have a specific style in mind.
We review garment availability, decoration, setup, finishing, and delivery. For screen printing, ink colors and locations affect the quote. For embroidery, the logo’s stitch plan and detail matter.
Review the final artwork, spelling, colors, dimensions, garment list, and size breakdown. Resolve any logo simplification or format issues before approval. Artwork and digitizing work may be part of the project.
Confirm the written order, artwork approval, payment requirements, and schedule. Depending on order and account status, a deposit or full payment may be required before processing.
The order is decorated, finished as agreed, and shipped via UPS. Include any sorting, bagging, labels, or multiple-destination requirements before production begins.
Review the shipment when it arrives and contact customer service promptly about issues. Keep the order reference and garment details to make a future reorder easier.
