The approach

Small details. A big difference.

Thread adds texture and presence to a logo. The best embroidery also respects the garment: a curved cap, a lightweight polo, and a lined jacket each behave differently. We plan the logo size, stitch direction, detail, and placement around the item you choose.

Capability with a purpose

Made for
the details.

Professional digitizing

Your logo is translated into a stitch plan. Digitizing controls the sequence, density, direction, and underlay that help the design sew cleanly.

Thread color selection

A broad range of thread colors helps bring your identity into the finished garment. Thread has a sheen and texture of its own, so a printed color reference is a starting point.

3D embroidery

Raised designs can add depth to suitable bold lettering and shapes. Not every logo or garment is a good fit; send the artwork and intended item for review.

Garment-aware decoration

Cap panels, seams, zippers, fabric stretch, and linings affect what can be stitched. Choosing the garment before finalizing logo dimensions helps prevent avoidable compromises.

Best starting point

Caps, polos, jackets, fleece, workwear, and bags.

Send with your request

Logo, finished width, item style, placement, and quantity.

What affects cost

Stitch count, digitizing, garment, locations, and quantity.

Straight answers

A few good questions.

A useful starting point. Your quote confirms the details for your order.

Do I need an embroidery file?

No. Send the clearest logo artwork you have so we can review digitizing. If you already have a stitch file, include it with its original stitched dimensions and garment type.

Can you use a design that was embroidered elsewhere?

We can review supplied stitch files. A design digitized for a flat jacket panel may need adjustment for a structured cap or a different fabric.

How small can embroidered lettering be?

Readability depends on letter height, font, stitch density, and fabric. Simplifying a tagline or slightly increasing the logo can produce a much cleaner result.

Can embroidery match my printed logo exactly?

Embroidery interprets artwork in thread rather than ink. Very fine detail, gradients, and tiny text may need adjustments. We review those choices before production.
