Customer-supplied logos, trademarks, and designs remain subject to their existing ownership. You must have the permission needed to reproduce all artwork and elements submitted with an order. Do not assume that finding an image online makes it free to use.
Exceleron-created artwork
Artwork, layouts, designs, and embroidery digitizing created by Exceleron remain Exceleron’s property unless a separate written ownership or licensing agreement says otherwise. Production or design charges pay for the work performed and do not automatically include editable source files or use rights for other projects.
Using artwork elsewhere
If you need high-resolution, vector, editable, or embroidery files for use outside the order, discuss that need before work begins. Current licensing cost, permitted uses, ownership, and file delivery should be confirmed in writing for the specific design.
Approvals & reproduction
Review all wording, logos, names, colors, placement, and dimensions before approving production. Artwork may need adjustment for print separations, embroidery, appliqué, or garment constraints. Approving an adapted production design does not remove your responsibility to obtain permission to reproduce the underlying work.
Rights-holder concerns
If you believe artwork used in an Exceleron order infringes your rights, email customer-service@exceleronsports.com. Identify the work, the concern, any relevant order or image, and a way to contact you so the matter can be reviewed.
